Couple memberships are available to two people from the same family. We do not currently offer memberships covering more than two people.

There is on street parking in Penarth. Those who know the area well will know it can be limited at busier times, so we would gently suggest building in a little extra time.

The sauna, cold plunge, and studio classes are bookable, to protect a sense of space and calm rather than overcrowding. The gym floor is open access, no booking required.
