Our weekly programme spans movement and stillness — strong vinyasa, reformer pilates, breathwork, meditation, strength and conditioning. Every class is capped for intimacy, so booking ahead is essential.

Reserve ahead

Classes are intentionally small and fill quickly. Booking opens to members seven days in advance via the schedule above.

Arrive unhurried

Come ten minutes early, settle in, and use the sauna or quiet room before practice. The unwinding is part of the class.

Every session is suitable for beginners. Tell the facilitator and they’ll guide you — there’s no level you need to reach first.
